Prints 7200 labels per hour onto Siliconised Paper

Labels are then transferred onto the disc by heat - only the toner will be applied

Applies approx. 2000 labels per hour (though the machine will run at 3000)

No downtime for job changes - it just continues straight through

Here is an example of a typical production day

31 Jobs (9120 discs) split as follows:-

12 x110 CD's

5 x 240 CD's

8 x 320 CD's

4 x 520 CD's

2 x 1030 CD's

Total 9120 discs take 30 mins load and then 90 mins to print onto the silicon paper, then just under 5 hours to transfer onto the discs

Direct Cost per unit as follows:-

Toner                                 =   €  0,0102 / CD
Transfer paper                 =   €  0,0082 / CD
( Farbunits, Roller )         =   €  0,0035 / CD

= Total Cost  =   €  0,0219 / CD
