MBF150

The Matric Back Finisher MBF 150 has been designed to give a quick and consistent finish to the back of unpunched or punched stampers. The back finish of any stamper specification can be accurately controlled by pre-setting the Turntable speed, Orbital Head speed, Orbital Head Pressure, Cycle time and grade of Finishing Disc. The finishing head employs a random orbital motion ensuring an even surface finish and finishing disc can be readily exchanged between cycles. Dust is removed from the dry finishing process by a continuous flow of air across the stamper to the extraction unit. Simple operation and safety interlocks protect both operator and equipment during use and contribute to the MBF 150 conforming to international safety standards
